How do I place an order on website?

To place an order simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse. Browse through our product categories and view more details on each product page.
  2. Select. Select your size and color (if the option is available) and add your chosen item to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
  3. Review before purchasing. Review the items you have selected by clicking on your shopping bag displayed as ‘BAG’ at the bottom of the page. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the ‘Cross’ next to the item.
  4. Purchase. Finalize your purchase by clicking on ‘CHECKOUT’ and following the instructions for providing your shipping address and payment information.
How do I know if an item is in stock ?

You can see which sizes are available in the detailed information page of each product where available sizes are displayed.

Do I need to create a filmy vastra account to place an order?

 

Guest checkout is not allowed at Filmy Vastra. You need to register before placing an order.

Where is my order?

We will keep you updated on your order via email (If you haven’t received any emails, please check your Junk folder) You can track your delivery in a number of ways; on your order confirmation email, there is a link to track your delivery. Alternatively, you can track your order in your account.

How will I know when you have received my order?

After you have placed your order on Filmyvastra.com, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation that your order has been received within 24 hours of making your purchase, please contact Filmy Vastra Customer Service Department.

Immediately after your order is placed our operations teams will confirm the payment authorization with the concerned team, and the availability of the product you purchased. There might be a verification of the payment before shipping your order. This normally requires less than 12 hours, but delivery times may be subject to delay by consequence.

If the payment authorization is fully approved and the product is available, the next email you will receive from us will be to confirm your order has been shipped. 

If there are any questions concerning the payment authorization or any issues regarding the item(s) you have purchased, you will be contacted by Filmy Vastra Customer Service Department.

During sales periods the next day delivery is not guaranteed and shipments may be slightly delayed.

Can I change the delivery address once order has been placed?

At Filmy Vastra we make every effort to ensure that orders placed with our online store are processed as soon as possible. So, as soon as an order is placed and you get an order confirmation call by our executive, the order information of the confirmed order is sent to our fulfillment department for processing. Once the order information is sent for processing, changes are no longer possible.

If I save my items in my wishlist will it be reserved for me?

The wishlist does not make any reservations. Your selected wishlist item will remain there until you remove it. If an item in your wishlist is no longer available, ‘Sold Out’ will be displayed. To ensure that you get the size and product you want, you’ll need to make a purchase on First Come, First Served basis.

Can I change my order once my order has been placed?

If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact Filmy Vastra Customer Service Department. We make every effort to ensure that orders placed with our online store are processed as soon as possible. So, as soon as an order is placed and you get an order confirmation call by our executive, the order information is sent to our fulfillment department for processing. Once the confirmed order information has been sent for processing, changes are no longer possible.

How do I return an item?

Using our return portal option (return policy) or You can return your parcel using your local Parcel point.

If you wish to return a parcel, ensure the items are in a re-saleable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted and follow this process:

  1. Repackage the item in the original packaging.
  2. Log on our return’s portal filmyvastra/com/myaccount and follow the steps.
  3. You will need your Order Number/ID as stated on the Delivery note and Postal code.
  4. Once you have followed the above process, you will receive a unique return label. Please attach this label to the outside of your parcel and hand over your parcel to the selected return option.
  5. Once completed, you will receive a tracking reference. Please use this tracking information to check the progress of your parcel journey.
  6. The courier boy shall pick up the product from you.

Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion

When will I receive an refund?

We will process your return on As soon as possible or ASAP basis once we receive your items. Once it has been processed we will send you an email confirmation (check your junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow up to 5-7 business working (Bank operational days) days for your bank to process the refund.

What happen if I receive an defective item ?

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, kindly send it back to us within 7 days with a description of the fault, picture of the fault and we will exchange the order or process a refund once the item is checked on receipt and validated, case on case basis. 

How can I change my name & address?

You can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website. When an order is placed, you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.

I didnt receive my complete order what to do?

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case check your e-mail, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!

Can I add an item to my existing order?

We can add a product to an order or combine two orders in the same delivery after the order has been placed on our website. You just need to contact the Customer Service Department and they will get everything sorted out or you can place a new order for the item.

What happen to my money deducted from my debit card/net banking for an unsuccessful order?

If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account, we will initiate refund on As soon as possible or ASAP basis, of your request. The expected timelines are as below:

1. Net-Banking 5 – 7 business days.

2. Debit Card /Credit Card 5 – 7 business days.

3. COD 5 – 7 bank working days.

4. Wallet 5 – 7 working days.

Can I place bulk order for my item(s)?

What should I do if my payment fails?

There are many benefits of making your payment online- Convenience, Safety and Security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment has been successful. In case, your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your Name, Account details, Billing address and Password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted, during the process. Else you can try using other modes of payment.
If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of a payment failure, the normal process is that the payment is credited back to your account within 7 business days. For further clarification, you can mail us at

I cant find a return label what should I do ?

If you misplace your pre-paid return label, contact our Customer Service Department. They will send you a new one.

Return receipt confirmation

When we receive your returned merchandise back to our Warehouse, we will inspect the product to make sure they are in “As New” condition. Once inspected, you will be notified and a refund will be made to the credit card or the Bank account you used to pay for your order within maximum 14 days. 

Can I exchange an product?

You can change the size of your product, without changing the Design and Colour. You cannot exchange items with ones that are different from the item purchased originally. You can request a change of size by going to the Returns and Exchanges section.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status at any time by logging in to the Track your order..

I ordered after 2pm when will my order gets delivered?

All orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

How do I pay duties/taxes on my order?

GST is included in the prices shown on the website (Except few products) and no other tax will be applied during checkout, nor requested at the moment of delivery.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

I've forgotten my password what should I do?

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you will need to create a new one.
To create a new password, click Sign In on the top of each page, and hit there the link that says forgot your password?
You will be asked to enter the email address linked to your account. We will send you an email with a link to a page where you can create a new password.

How do I change my account details?

You can change your account details in ‘My Account’ on the Filmy Vastra online store. Simply sign into your account using your email address and password. Click ‘Account Details’ and update. Please remember to ‘save’ your changes

What size should I choose?

All Filmy Vastra products originate in Euro/India sizes but are displayed in Standard International sizes. Just select your normal size while shopping. Different products may fit differently depending on the style. We offer simple exchange.

Can I exchange/refund my customised goods?

Customized Goods are Non-exchangeable and Non-returnable.
